I’ll cut the tension, and tell you that video editing is by far the best skill to learn if you are at the beginning and you want to start making money online.
Why is that so?
Well, first of all, lots of people find video editing being an interesting activity, since it requires creativity, which unleashes the creative side of our brains. Besides that, it takes a month to learn the main concepts of video editing, so it should not take that long to become a good “average editor”.
Another reason why video editing is a great skill to learn these days is that there is a huge market for it! The amount of people that are looking for video editors is huge. By creating a profile on Fiverr or Upwork, with a good portfolio, it wouldn’t take long before you’d get your first sale. That’s how I made $1,000 working on the weekends as a bit of side income.
